Initially we wanted to cook chicken rice cos i had the chicken stock cubes.... However, Murphy struck and i forgot to bring them along to Leungchi's place and well...
But then all it takes is some creativity and talent and you get stuff like these:

For dinner we had 1)potato, tomato and chicken soup, 2) fried rice, 3) fries. The fried rice was superb!!! really, the two others can attest to it!

I'm quite sure that there'll be much more cooking sessions to come! Most of the time when i cook something it turns out pretty good! Time to think of the menu for next week....
