Snowboarding!!!!

I went snowboarding over the weekend! and it was simply AMAZING!!!! imagine sweating in -7 deg and with snow all around you and adrenalin pumping through your body!! woo hoo!! Bitte vorsicht, photo overload!!!

luxus dinner! damn shiok...

really damn shiok!

dinner was so shiok until we forgot about the bus timings and missed the last bus back. So we had to walk back to our hostel and everywhere around us was pitch dark!

When we left on friday night, we haven't actually found a place to stay cos the few places we asked were full. So, we planned to go there and look for one and if all else fails, alex and kanna suggested that it's gonna be a long night at the bahnhof which is in the middle of nowhere and it's gonna be nice and warm at -7 deg...

Luckily, this is where we stayed for the night! Sehr luxus und schön!!! all for just 30 eur mit breakfast! phew... no train station for the night!

Finally, i chanced upon this... now u know why the mini is called the mini!

Rice!

I've been in Germany for about 3 weeks now and i haven't had rice before! So me kanna and leungchi decided to cook rice over the weekend! (cos Leungchi has a rice cooker!)

Initially we wanted to cook chicken rice cos i had the chicken stock cubes.... However, Murphy struck and i forgot to bring them along to Leungchi's place and well...

But then all it takes is some creativity and talent and you get stuff like these:

For dinner we had 1)potato, tomato and chicken soup, 2) fried rice, 3) fries. The fried rice was superb!!! really, the two others can attest to it!

I'm quite sure that there'll be much more cooking sessions to come! Most of the time when i cook something it turns out pretty good! Time to think of the menu for next week....
